The look on your mother's face convinces you not to lie to her. Hard as it is to confess that you were scouting a possibility to peep on a girl you hope to bring here, you don't want her to think you tried to see her naked. Julianne insists that you shall tell her the truth, and you assure her that it is indeed the truth.
"Oh," Julianne says, and you don't know what to make of the tone in her voice. She then starts to lecture you about personal privacy and the wrongs and rights (or better, the lack of), and that girls are not objects of your instincts, until she has an understanding and lets you go to sleep. You have to admit you earned the lesson. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day for you.
