You follow Ramius to his private chambers. Inside, there is another man sitting reading a novel. He seems surprised at your presence. You explain that you are now a member of Ramius' crew. The man seems surprised and he ushers Ramius to a corner to chat alone. You glance at the book to see the book is about the End of the World. Interesting.

The two men return. The other man, a political officer named Putin, introduces himself and leaves you alone with Ramius. He says he shall return shortly to discuss the orders. You and Ramius sit down face to face.
