The next day she finally left her room, but didn't talk to you. She stayed silent for the entire day and half oh the next one. Like it was your fault she didn't lock the bathroom door.
"I'm sorry, I thought this through and I guess... I guess I overreacted." she eventually said to you "Are we cool?"
"Of course we are Zoe, why wouldn't we?"
"I would like to ask you abou..." Zoe started
"Scott, I'd like to talk to you" your mother interrupted you
"Listen, I have to go there now, but we will talk about whatever you wanted to ask me later, ok?" she nodded.
"Scott, either of my sisters is not answering any phone. I am worried about them. If they won't call me back, or pick up the phone until the evening... I want you to go to aunt Stacy's apartment and check on them."
