There's a run-down vet clinic you know is used to patch up gunned down mobsters on occasion to your right. The clinic is shuttered but there's a notice board.
On your left a newsstand sells the usual: tobacco, porn and even yesterday's news.
Or you could just get a move on down the street. You see more activity in the next block.
