You wake up in a dark cave

A groan escapes your lips as you slowly open your eyes. Remembering your last thoughts before being knocked unconscious, you spring up, only to feel a large spike of pain in your head. You reach up and feel your forehead wrapped in bandages, followed by a massive headache.
Wincing with pain, it takes you a moment to realize you're not alone in this cave. A young a beautiful human woman sits next to you, smiling, as she hands you a loaf of bread.
"I thought you might be hungry." she says.
Too hungry to even care what's going on, you snatch the bread from her and stuff your face. The woman giggles at your aggressiveness, and hands you a bowl of water, which you quickly drink down.
After finishing your food in record time, you stare at the woman, wondering what happened to the wolves you saw. She is absolutely gorgeous, with long flowing midnight black hair, a perfect slim figure with just barely noticeable muscles. But oddly enough, she's naked, and shows no signs of embarrassment, or that it's anything out of the ordinary.
"I'm sure you have a lot of questions." she says. "But before I answer them, I must ask you for your trust. Will you trust me?"
It's then that you notice something off about her. You're not sure what it is, but she seems different somehow from other humans. It could be her eyes, which are a vibrant yellow color.
