Eugeo is, together with Alice, a person that claims he is not from the real world. Instead, he claims to be from the 'Human Empire'. At first, you thought that he was joking about his place of birth. However, based on Kirito's explanation of what truly is going on, you entrust Eugeo with what he claims to be, and thus he can be considered an AI.
In the world Eugeo came from, he used to have two childhood friends, those being Kirito and Alice. His childhood friend Alice got taken away by a knight, known as an Integrity Knight. A few years later, he and Alice both got exported to another world, Sword Art: Origin. This is where Kirito met with Alice and Eugeo, and where he got to know the two of them. The same thing happened with Gun Gale Online, although this time there is not yet a way to get back to the Human Empire, where Eugeo claims he came from together with Alice. For the time being, Eugeo enjoys his time in Gun Gale Online, as long as he can be with Alice and Kirito. They make him feel at home.
