You wife finally says, "I know we need something drastic, and sex is drastic, but I can't do that to them."
You nod and say, "I understand. We'll think of something."
You and your wife come up with several alternatives, and the children start to behave a little better. Unfortunately, it is not enough to keep them from doing a lot of things they should not do. Both of them end up in prison and you know you both regret not using sex as a means to prevent something like this from happening.
