Blood Sunrise

Your name is Gareth, you are a blacksmith living in the town of Moulton. The year is 1185.

Up to now, you have lived a fairly ordinary (boring) life - nothing particularly happy, and nothing especially tragic. The one exception to this, however, would be your wife Minda. She has been the light of your life, and you have been truly thankful that she is yours.

However, one year ago she contracted an unknown disease from a travelling merchant. You searched for a cure but it was never found, and she died one early spring morning.

Since then, you have spent most of your days keeping to yourself and drinking your sorrows away. Surely you would be happy if an unexpected event were to make an abrupt change in this dreary and tragic life.
