You're unable to make words form in your throat. All you can do is stare at the angel, who cocks her head to one side. "Are you all right?" she asks. "You should be able to speak now..."
Somehow, you know she's right. Your throat feels ready to form words into a (hopefully) coherent sentence. All that's left to do is actually make the words...
