- | I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. I especially dislike the MP section, it's causing me a hell lot of problems, forcing me to create so many options of the same content! I'm thinking of leaving the continuation of this game (again), I'm just not up to this kind of pressure and complexity. If anybody else has the strong mentality for it, go ahead and upgrade this game. Otherwise, I'm sorry if any of you at all had some sort of expectations for this.
| + | After reexamining this story, I think it's time we delete some of the content that leaves 'red links' everywhere. So, from now on, I'll reduce the number of choices you will get to two or three, unlike the clusterf*** we have right now. |
| | | |
- | Oh, and I will be creating a new Digimon-related game, but one with a smaller scale, like two choices per article, and probably shorter texts, too, just to keep it simple first.
| + | That also means a reduction in the number of Crests, Digimentals, and other methods of evolution. This is to keep things from becoming too messy, or all we would end up with is a dead story. Those extra features and extra evolutions can be re-added to the story again in the future if this story goes anywhere at all. |

- | As said on the front page, we will be using the original Japanese-translated terms of the anime rather than the dub terms, most of the time. On times when one of such names has an error, does not fit the object the name belongs to, or simply does not relate to the readers as well as the dub term does, go ahead and use the dub term.

| + | Like I said above, I want only a few evolutions this time, namely: |
- | Armadillomon is spelled as '''Armadimon''' in Japanese romanji. Though it sounds cool as a derivative nickname, it does not directly tells you that it is a armadillo Digimon, making it rather abstract. Thus, the name Armadillomon shall be used instead.
| + | |
| | | |
- | Some Digimon names, even the Japanese ones, are misspelling of words or shortened to literate the pronunciation of the name in Japanese kanji. Angemon is such example. However, since this is a reading site, not a speaking one, the spelling of words naturally becomes more significant. Thus, if you notice that some names, like Armadillomon, do not literally mean what they are spelled as, go ahead and customize it and create a more literal name.

| === Crests === | | === Crests === |
- | There are now a total of 11 identifiable Crests in this story, two of which are customly made by me due to the existence of those Crests on their respective canon Digimental in the anime. | + | There are now a total of 11 identifiable Crests in this story, but I want to keep it down to two: |

- | Likewise, the Digimental with the above Crests craved on them are available in this story as well, including the 'Crestless' '''Digimental of Darkness''', which is not included in the above section due to its lack of a Crest in its only available picture [http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/digimon/images/7/7e/Digieggofdarkness.jpg]. | + | Likewise, the Digimentals should be limited this time too: |
| | | |
- | The main character will only be offered one Crest, two Digimental, or one of each (one Crest and one Digimental), so do not edit the story into such a state where the main character has more than that quota.

| === Slash-able Cards === | | === Slash-able Cards === |
- | The evolution method with the most amount of possibilities... but editors will have to get card-smart about it, not to mention thinking out of the box. Here [http://digistarlight.com/encyclopedia/cardindex.html] is a list of Digimon Collectible Cards with their abilities listed (use this site [http://cards.wtw-x.net] to see the pictures that go with the cards; identify them using the number codes if different card names are being used for two of the same card in both sites). The main character could use the cards in the story, slash them, and create special abilities with them. What happens after he/she slashes them does not necessarily have to be have what the 'Effects' as indicated on the cards. Think creatively.
| + | Removed... for the moment (to prevent clusterf***). You are free to add in the names of cards you've seen in the anime, but this is optional, not a necessity. |
| | | |
- | i.e: I have the "Hound's Collar" card [http://digistarlight.com/encyclopedia/options/hounds_collar.html] ("Hound's Choker" [http://cards.wtw-x.net/alpha/Oa-005/] in the Card Terminal site). It says on the card that it increases the speed of Cerberumon, Dobermon, AND Gazimon (meaning that if the main character has all three of these Digimon in a battle, ''all'' their speed are increased). You could go beyond that if you want, maybe having the speed of other Dog-Type Digimon of other species increased as well.
| + | Also, remember, only the D-Ark Digivice from Season 3 can function with these cards. |
- | | + | |
- | For cards that summon Digimon, the main character could use them to give his/her Digimon additional attacks.
| + | |
- | | + | |
- | i.e.: In ''Digimon Tamers'', Ruki gave her '''Renamon''' the Frozen Wind attack using the Snow Agumon card, of which on it has such an attack.
| + | |
- | | + | |
- | Naturally, the character could not really 'summon' the Digimon that's on the card, only able to have his/her current Digimon use the attacks indicated on the card.

| | | |
- | As to how the character is going to have its Digimon partner evolve using the Spirit (since the partner Digimon ''will'' be there, by his/her side throughout most of the story), it works like the Ultimate Stage version of the Matrix Evolution, with the Tamer merging with the Digimon into one being.
| + | Till then, Transverse! |
- | | + | |
- | Regardless of what Digimon the Spirit made the children evolved into in the anime, the partner Digimon will not evolve into them, but into its next canon evolution form. Hence, having the character offered a Spirit with an element that suits his/her partner Digimon is essential.
