You are Dale Hackswell, big shot entrepenuer and carnival owner. During your carnival's visit to Alabama, one of the rides has tragically exploded, causing widespread panic and unneccesary rioting and looting. You walk out of your office into the crowd of stampeding carnival goers when you see what's chasing them. An entire herd of wild, insane and alive BUMPER CARS!
