The door is unlocked, you walk in, set your tool box down and look around. Nobody's here. So you start looking around the office. Parts laying around everywhere a desk in the middle of the room, small file cabinets and a wall locker next to a door that says- Boiler Room. So you walk in slowly, not so not to disturb anyone.
