Julian discovered that the source of the strange behavior on the station was a signal from the Trivas system that had recently targeted the station after targeting the Bird of Prey that was recovered. It caused the Klingons to be extremely sexually active eventually leading their hearts to fail after two months.

The most interesting thing she found was a note on the Shataz Negbur, a research vessel that had visited DS9 a few weeks ago. Dax read the report on it and found nothing remarkable except for the fact that Julian obviously made clerical errors in his text. But did he intend to make these mistakes?

Dax had sufficient knowledge to understand Julian's findings in the reports by herself. Julian discovered that the source of the strange behavior on the station was a signal from the Trivas system that had recently targeted the station after targeting the Bird of Prey that was recovered. It caused the Klingons to be extremely sexually active eventually leading their hearts to fail after two months.

Strangely, the document was filled with minor clerical errors. Why would Julian be so sloppy?

Jadzia thought about it. Why would Julian hide data about an important security-related investigation? She tried some code words without success. What should she do now? Although she knows Julian, this secrecy is very strange.

She could, of course, now try to bypass the security prompt, or she could ask Julian directly.
