-4J-, often called GoGo, is arguably one of CB Colosseum's best team builders. He has invented the 4JFly (4J: or as I would now prefer you call it: the standard Yanmega)set for Yanmega, which is the bane of Heracross, along with Skarmory.
'-4J-, despite spending the majority of his time in D/P sections, does not actually own either of the games (but should soon) and builds his teams for Competitor mostly.
4J:
K, the first Metagame I played in, as can be expected, was Advance OU. I tried Advance UU for a while but couldn't really be bothered with it. I mostly post D/P OU teams. I occasionaly post D/P Uber teams (which is actually my preferred metagame) and D/P NU teams (which only I and Ludi play iirc.
