As a dominant member of The Elite, William Black has consistently shown why he is one of the preeminent forces in backyard wrestling today. With a tenure of domination ranging back to 2000 as Reaper and holding five championship reigns on separate occassions, he continuously keeps out of his shell, holding nothing back in competition with his adversaries.
