# Click the 'Import / Export' link in the header of your BoxtheWeb page
# Under the 'Export Boxes' header on the page that comes up, select 'XOXO' from the 'Format' dropdown box
# Check 'Feeds only', 'Simple Data', 'Dominant HTML URLs', and 'Public Feed'
# Click 'Export'
