To someone who has just stteard playing it can be very confusing Ill try to explain where you should be at what level. What you should know is each expansion has increased the level cap in some way.Classic wow was for and still is for lv1 to 60, you have alot of choice leveling in classic (see the link below) all 1 to 60 zones are on Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms some favoring one faction over the other.Burning crusade increased level cap to 70, 60 to 70 zones are in the area outside azoroth know as outland.Wrath of the Lich King increased it up to 80, all 70 to 80 zones are on the northern continent of Northrend.Most recently cataclysm increased leveling to 85, which has made leveling a bit more tricky since there are random high level zones throughout kalimdor and eastern kingdoms and doesnt have a specific new continent.Check the region levels and see where your level will be most suited for, where you level is entierly up to you.
