Yes you will be able to interact with all of them, esclliapey in the capital cities and trade chat. You can join guilds, form groups for the level 60 and under content, and even make a lot of friends.BUT you won't be able to go to the Outlands (Burning Crusade expansion), Northrend (Wrath of the Lich King expansion) and the new level 80+ zones (Cataclysm).Most WoW players are focused on the end-game, so it would be best for you to find a classic WoW guild or players who are in the same boat as you. Then you will always have companions to do the level 60 dungeons until you can afford to upgrade to BC, WotLK and Cataclysm.Good luck!
