For use with Blogger blogs; uses Google Blog Search.

This method is described by multiple users:

You must be comfortable with editing your Blogger template to create static links in HTML.

Outputs Google Blog Search results which reference specific keywords in your blog.

Tag your posts with relevant keywords; prefixing category names in your post titles make it easier to allow Google Blog Search to index them.
Create a link for every category. This link should be a search query for a particular keyword within your blog.
