Mr. Q is a character made by Brad. He is a strange character, and is usually portrayed as a crime lord in Blank lore. Mr. Q has appeared in many forms, including in drawings, in the B.L.A.N.K saga, in stories, and other works. He has four eyes and three mouths, dresses in a suit and a top had, and carries a cane with Q on the top of it. Q is feared by many, and can manipulate people's emotions.
