== Coming to Smackdown '08 departure beginning of '09

Being known as Festus with a mental disorder was a risky role but, he wrestled great dominated his opponents he had a tag team partner named Jesse they went on to fight for the Tag Team titles against The Miz and John Morrison but, everytime they lost because either Morrison and/or Miz cheated a win or were disqualified. After, he left cause he was burnt out of wrestling and he was caught using drugs.

Returning to Smackdown Late '09

Festus returned but under a new name now known as Luke Gallows he came back and the saving of CM Punk. Punk said he would become a savior to Gallows and make him Straight Edge. Luke said to WWE Magizine " My Family didn't try to stop me from putting these illegal drugs in me for a matter of fact they were trying to kill me" ==

Gallows has been getting Punk Disqualified but, has destroyed other wrestlers like: Matt Hardy & R-Truth. He had his first Offical Match in a Tag Team Match Gallows & Punk vs Hardy & R-Truth.
