GBYWN World Heavyweight Championship

The GBYWN World Heavyweight Championship is a backyard wrestling world championship assigned as one of various other championships of backyard wrestling community, GBYWN. It is the highest ranked title representing the community and is currently being competed for in Bridgeview Wrestling Association.

History

in June 2007, the concept of a championship was first passed around by Cassias Chaos in the GBYWN community which was intended to represent. Chaos eventually proclaimied himself on YouTube as the GBYWN World Heavyweight Champion, despite not actually holding a physical belt. After departing from the community for personal reasons, the title went inactive for a year with dead consideration to remain with the title idea. In August 2008, GBYWN decided among a consensus to reinstate the championship.
