Shawn Matthews is an American backyard wrestler in 2KW, Jersey Wrestling Allstars, and BLADE Wrestling Championships. He previously performed in Extreme Wrestling Alliance becoming a 2-time EWA Champion, Kick Ass Wrestling, and Northeast Championship Wrestling, often seen as an athletic lightweight elite in backyard wrestling thriving in his federation tenures. Several rankings and awards have been issued for his efforts from all of GBYWN, WBW and BLADE. Matthews also makes appearances at other state supershows and events primarily on the east coast.

BLADE Wrestling Championships (2008-present)
In November 2008, Shawn Matthews made acquisition arrangements with owner of BLADE Wrestling Championships, David Potter to compete at BLADE 1: Grand Prix Tournament Opening Round, which he wrestled a high profile match considered the highlight of the event with Ace Reed to victory. In the duration of the main event match featuring two unadulterated rivals in T-3 and Potter, Matthews attacks Potter costing him the match.
2KW (2008-present)
Matthews made his debut in 2KW teaming with Great Styles to compete with Zoltan in a 2KW Tag Team Championship match, but lost with the 2008 2KW season wrapping up for the year.
