XBW Wrestling (XBW) formerly known as Xtreme Backyard Wrestling that confused fans with the contradicting fashion of the federation's first name and the product, is a well-known American backyard wrestling group of friends based in Maryland that had been established by Nemesis in the fall of 1999. While its event originally took place on ground prior to trampoline and now permanently mattress, it progresses on a series of episodes composed of regular shows and supercards and has succeeded to Season 5, their scheduled final season. XBW has been variously owned by wrestlers in storyline such as War, Jesse James and latest, Deathwarrent but factually, XBW is not particularly owned by anyone and instead a collaborative effort since it had been turned into a backyard wrestling tribute promotion to fallen leader Nemesis, the genuine real-life brother of Deathwarrent, who died in a bicycle accident on March 28, 2001.
