Cecilia Collie Cille Was formerly a Doctor for Governor Gaye and the La'Revolution army. She was Turned into a Piggie and wored as their doctor after the La'Revolution army's interference and was Reverted to her cow form thanks to Alfonzo.

J J-Dubb The Detective Thats conducting the Investegation with his team to end the war. He's highly intellegent but shows signs of paranoia every now and again. He has a brother that changed his name to WizPig. He is IP Banished on chapter 27.

Governor Gaye Gaynor79 The Governor of Incobab. He hates Mr.Cappit for many reasons. Mainly cause he took Ci away from him. He recently Joined Top Cat so he can fight Mr.Cappit using his new power suit. He was Permabanished on chapter 26 but came back on chapter 32 as a soul reaper.

Knittii KnightStar J's best friend and ally. He had an upstanding Rivalry with Deckers because of Rukia. He's married to Rukia.

Deckers dudeco He hates Knittii because he doesn't like the fact that he has Rukia. But he mainly wants Rukia's feet. He is Killed in chapter 5.

Furion Catassadar FurionTassadar He works for the Kitties as one of their enfocers. He's very calm. But he was killed by Wyo in a fight but revived by Tousen. His memeories for his evil plan were lost for good and he now fights for the good guys.

Wyo Wyotech_material He's a human thats married to Swima and has a strong sense of protecting his loved ones. He Becomes a member of section 9 in Chapter 28

Swima XXXswimmer She's Wyo's wife and partner working for the Daily dubb Newpaper on Incobab. She becomes a part of section 9 along with Wyo on chapter 28.

Joe "David Awesomesauce" Hikki Kohikki He's Cecilia's rival. He was one of the members of the La revolution army. He was in love with Van but since Van was killed, he found a new love in Llyod.

WINBACK WINBACK He thinks he's better than everyone else. He is Killed twice. Once in chapter 12 by Knittii and Chinjibot and the second time was in chapter 35 by nora.

Mystress Hybrit hybritical Shin's master. She enjoys doing kiky things to him but hates the fact that he married Yoruichi.

Rolan RPD He's The spy of the SPI. He likes to piss off Nanao from time to time.

Dan SilverDragonWOHS He's the computer specialist for the SPI. He has a secret relationship with Irene.

Moola mookielady She's a memeber of Rando's gang. She has Inuyasha for a pet and if Inuyasha refuses to fight, she offers him Scooby snacks. Its usually a "sit" or Scooby snacks.

Tolsa totallyrad She's inlove with Gin Ichimaru and her love knows no bounds. another member of Rando's gang. She is Permabanished by Xabts on Chapter 33

Fallon The_False_God proclaimed to be Rangiku's Husband. He gets killed by the Sheldon guys on chapter 35. another memeber of rando's Gang.

Felicia FalchBurns the sister of Vitamin Ci. She too is a Kittie (catgirl really) and stays that way even after the world transfer.
