Bio
Cowboy is a member of the Syndicate who often teams up with April. He wears a cowboy hat and glasses, and likes to randomly sing what he says. He also carries (and occasionally fights with) a cello case that he stole from some hawt guy on the street, although he has since smashed the cello during a fight and has yet to obtain a new one.
