Orly Police

The Orly police force tries to keep the peace in the city, which isn't easy with a revolution going on and riots and stuff all over the place. Although technically they must answer to Ozzal's government, the police have a certain amount of autonomy, and can often conduct their own investigations and pursue their own goals.
