The "nice" running joke is perhaps his most famous, and pevereted, the joke, is that the word nice is inserted in leiu of a sexual term [I just niced my pants, I am so going to nice you tonight, etc]. He is know as a calm, laid back, witty user, that promotes quality discussion, and frowns on pointless arguing.
