One day, PokeNirvash checked out a 2005 issue of Anime Insider from a library in the city he lived in, and one article inspired him to create his own anime: Nibai Mugendai. One year later, Japan was rebuilt with city overtaking nature in the main island area. Takashi Fujishima is a college student living in this future. His boring life changes one night, when his arm is accidentally shot off while a gunfight is going on atop a nearby building. Close to death, Takashi is saved when he is given a robotic arm by a mysterious girl named Motoko Kotegawa. Motoko is an assassin fighting SORE, a crime syndicate bent on expanding their small HQ by destroying Japan. Suddenly, Takashi is forced into helping Motoko fight SORE.
