Geoffrey is a knight, but one that's moved a fair way from the standard template. He's a few years older, and as a third son he's not wealthy.
That doesn't mean he's poor - just that he's not a wealthy knight.
Instead, I've made him well travelled. He's crusaded. He's not come back with a bit of the true cross, but he has come back witha msattering oif Arabic, leaned in the markets of the East.
I've not tweaked with his combat skills - he's pretty good - if overconfident. If the grogs need someone to lead them he may well be the man.
