Situation
Saxton Map: Westop
Westhope sits on the south-east face of Wenlock Edge on Hopedale, at the head of the Seifton Batch. It's at the head of one of a group of narrow valleys that have been formed by streams coming off Wenlock Edge which flow south-east towards the Pye Brook.

Undser 1km south-west of Westhope is a moated site, near the head of anotehr stream.
