Beginning of Life
anime_goddess05 (a.k.a. Roxie) was born in a small midwestern city where nothing amazing happens...until first grade. There, she became the center of crazy girl drama until college. Boys thought she was icky and she did not get her first kiss until she was eighteen (OMG!). She also sang...A LOT...and did other things.
Or perhaps she was born in a large, thriving ninja village hidden from the world. Her family is a well-known clan of katana wielders and users of tricky genjutsu. They are pretty cool like that. There she was envied by all the other kunoichi and was labeled a prodigy at age 6. She graduated the ninja academy four years later. Boys raved over her and wanted permission to marry her, but she is too busy being a pwnsome ninja. She has recently achieved the rank of Jounin.
Either one you believe works. Along the way, she developed a passion for music, theatre, art, and anime. She first saw Sailor Moon with her oldest nephew and niece and they all loved it.
Random Facts about Roxie
- She is full-blooded Puerto Rican, contrary to what her pale skin suggests.
- Her parents are as old as the average grandparents, and her brother is old enough to be her dad.
- She loves strawberries and cheesecake. And I mean LOVE.
- She hates when you sing the song "Roxanne" to her (unless you're Blake Lewis).
- She's addicted to American Idol.
- She swore off of McDonald's after working there for a year.
- She played flute for six years.
- Her oldest nephew is 3 years younger than her.
- She is somewhat of a night owl, despite going to bed early.
- She can't swim or ride a bike.
- She isn't very confident in herself, but she sure does walk like it!
- She says "OMG seriously?" a lot.
- She hates movies with mass killing (i.e. grotesque war movies) because they turn her stomach and give her nightmares.
- She probably listens to more Japanese music than English.
- She has been known to live off of pizza.
- She didn't cut her hair until she was nine years old, and by that time it was past her knees.
- She's a virgin, and wants to stay that way until she's married.
- She reads more manga than textbooks.
- She loves baseball, and yells at the television when she watches it.
- She trips over herself. Daily.
- In high school a teacher gave her the dream to write musicals. She intends to write one about the horrors of being Puerto Rican in private school. (see: The Writings of anime_goddess05)

- She has Myspace and Facebook, and is convinced that's why old men are drawn to her like whoa. O.o
History on the Boards
anime_goddess05 joined the boards on June 9, 2005. Due to a lack of internet at her own house, she could only log on at her sister's house, and therefore did not post a lot. Later, when she had the internet installed at her house, she made her first board friend, the infamous CowboyCadenza. She also made friends with a few rare posters, and did a lot of lurking in her early days.
CowboyCadenza later introduced anime_goddess05 to the other AD regulars. Now she has many friends.
She took a hiatus from the boards in 2006 for no apparent reason. She is back into the habit of posting now, mainly in the music thread along her sidekick, FalchBurns. She also posts in her thread "Introducing My Mom to Anime"(which was in her sig at one point).
In recent months, anime_goddess05 has adopted Kohikki as her sensei. What he actually teaches her is unknown, but she always refers to him as "Hikki-sensei".
She has also written a chapter for "La Revolution", chapter 25. She was supposed to write chapter 33, but certain things happened (see "Current Whereabouts").
The Board Family
For some unknown reason, anime_goddess05 decided to adopt board members as family in an AIM chat. IstariErangua and EdSpikeSesshyGirl were adopted as her older sisters. She had an older brother in comedyswimfan089. She also had more older brothers and younger siblings, but cannot recall who they were. All she knows is that most of them dropped off the face of AIM and got lives.
Romance and Such
anime_goddess05 has not had much of a love life on the boards (just like in real life). However, one day that all changed. In one of her threads, longtime friend Shatter1313 proposed to her. They were married that same day, December 28, 2006. k_dawg_3484 officiated over the IB board ceremony, and most of their friends attended. Then issues began coming up. At one point, they were not even sure if they were still married. Shatter was believed to be cheating with everyone from EdSpikeSesshyGirl (his first fiance) to FalchBurns, anime_goddess05's sidekick and best friend. On some unknown date, anime_goddess05 and Shatter divorced.
Then on June 25, 2007, anime_goddess05 decided to marry MasterSamson as a birthday gift. _Boxers_, the flying priestess, officiated over the board ceremony in IB. The wedding party consisted of FalchBurns (maid of honor), Kohikki (best man), and LirpaYamEnujYluj (flower girl). Among others in attendance were pierrot-le-fou and mgangel1124. After the ceremony there was a huge drunken orgy, most of which was forgotten since everyone drank a lot and passed out while dancing on a table.

The Writings of anime_goddess05
Currently, anime_goddess05 has become all but obsessed with Code Geass. As such, she has taken it upon herself to do a Roxie-fied retelling of the original series. Titled "Code Geass Remixed" it bascially follows the same story, with various twists, turns, and character subtractions/additions.
anime_goddess05 has taken a break from working on a fanfic from her favorite series, Rurouni Kenshin. Entitled "Heart of Sword", it can be found here at her MAL.
Next on the agenda for manga-esque stories, she is developing a music shoujo currently titled "In Perfect Harmony." The story focuses on a girl named Risa Okada who goes to music school in Tokyo and discovers who she really is. It is loosely based on anime_goddess05's real life story. This is definitely too wacky to be fanfic fiction.
Also, she plans to write a ninja epic which still remains untitled. Someday, she also wants to write a musical that involves school uniforms. >.>
She is also a talented poet. She has written several poems about life outside the boards.
Current Whereabouts
For a long time, anime_goddess05 did not get online. She had a job in retail that sucked, finals at college, and the general idiocy of people to deal with. In fall 2008, anime_goddess05 returned to her mediocre community college to continue her study of music. That same month, she broke up with her real life boyfriend, who turned out to be a total jerkfaise alcoholic. In spring 2009, anime_goddess05 obtained her Associate of Arts degree!
She is about to quit her crappy job at Walmart, the sanctuary of epic fail!
This fall she will enroll at a real university. Whether she will continue her study of music has yet to be decided. She is currently enrolled in both art and music classes. More than likely she will be studying art, with plans to attend graduate school out of state. Recently she discovered a manga program overseas that may soon accept student exchanges. And hey, if she can get a trip to Japan, it's so worth it. :D
