Despite being good friends with Trunks, his constant ranting about his taste in films peeves this Englishman to no end. Hill is a rather serious fellow with a sullen appearance. He is an amiable guy though and is rather chivalrous, never failing to smile for a lovely lady.
After an attack on his store by one of Professor Matrix's dastardly creations, it's discovered that Hill is actually an undercover operative for MI-6 (with the codename of "Nowhere"). He's been stationed in Orly for the past year or so with his compatriots November 11 and Yomiko Readman. November 11 often gets on Hill's nerves, where-as Yomiko may have a quiet attraction to him.
Currently, he and Chief Q are working together to uncover the secret plots behind the scenes in Actonia and the two have an interesting budding relationship...to say the least.
