On the Cities thing... I made each city a sub-sub heading so you can link direct to it, so they won't need their own pages. Zion is different, it was a whole different colony after all.
I think you should lose the general cities paragraph at the top (since the contents link to the section is about 100 pixels firther south). It's you're call though.
