:Myself, I think it would be more useful to make 'the lost starling' its own page. Maybe have a KGB section, a GRU section, and some closing paragraphs. Less duplication that way, and all the info then in one place for people to read.

Lost Starling section

Is this timeline cool with you guys? As far as possible, I'm trying to stick to real-life dates for analogous events; although I noticed upon editing that I appear to have given a date for Hitler's death - 50 years before 2014, or 1964. That could be substituted for pretty much any major Nazi celebration you like, or moved forward or back - I mainly want to emphasise the internecine rivalry between the Commissariat of the Exterior and the intelligence community, there.

Also, the Lost Starling entries on the KGB and GRU pages share a lot of the same material, the second and last paragraphs, respectively. Although I wrote more than I anticipated, and it's clearly an important episode for both groups, I didn't feel it warranted a separate page - and that having a separate page would make it harder to find the information about the event specific to each group. If you'd prefer to have separate page with the information merged, I can rework it.

Lastly, for 20th C characters, I've bolded instead of hyperlinked, because, honestly, no-one's ever going to get around to making a Lavrenty Beria page - apart from Hitler and Stalin, maybe, they're just not important enough for the game.

Maybe with an 'also see' pointing to KBG and GRU?
