| - | I have been maradried for almost 4 years now. My wife is actvie duty US Army and about to retire now with both a retireadment penadsion (AD 22 years) and a disadabiladity penadsion. Her rank is O3E, She has been found unfit for seradvice so has filed for retireadment. I am a disadabled man. My wife maradried me disadabled. She has told me about the above sitaduadaadtion of her impendading retireadment. We have lived in sepadaadrate homes since she was staadtioned in NY, (Oct 2011 to present date), but NY is our place of resadiaddence. Although my wife has told me about her retireadment. She will not tell me when her retireadment will be effecadtive. Howadever, it appears she plans to leave NY after she puts in her retireadment and then will file for divorce, seekading to leave me withadout any means of supadport. From her speech also, it appears she is in an extraadmaradiadtal affair. What are my options? We have been maradrried for 4 years almost, She has received benadeadfits for a NY resadiaddent because of my resadiaddence in NY and she has always been and even in retireadment will be the higher earner.
