The street was there  but  the census takers only did one side of the street and not the side my grtadparenns lived on. Oh and I did look at many previous and post ED numbers to see if they got on a different sheet, but no luck. I guess no one is perfect.

Lucky or un-lucky me. I was able to track down the ED number for my grtadparenns street in St. Louis in 1940.
