Kobolos is an old, immensely popular member. He totally pwns and is the only one, in the history of 667, to win an argument against Robert. We should all worship Kobolos.
He comes and goes at irregular intervals, as service into his missile silo is unreliable at best.
He was also the founder of the "First Church of Hasselhoff" and has claimed to have killed Jessie.
Kobolos is, as far as we know, the only goblin member in 667...but certainly the most handsome.
He has also engaged in a duel with Dave, but the fight was never really settled properly due to lack of interest in both parties.
Some of the crimes Kobolos has been accused of include: Being the Sovereign Commander of the terrorist organization know as "The Loyal Sons & Daughters of Canada", beheading (but strangely not actually killing) his brother Lobokos, and funding the publishing of "The Official 667 Reporter" until Todd Rodham's untimely death, and who could forget his storybook romance with Swans?
