Snicket is the co-moderator of Menacing Miscellaneous and is known for his rather iron grip over the board, that he held until recently. Snicket is a respected member of the forum, but once had the lowest Karma level in 667 history. [citation needed]

Snicket was the co-founder of the 667 Apprentice, a game show that began in 2004 with fellow member Sora, but only truly began running in 2006, with its first winner, Dupin, declared in May.

In 2006, Snicket started writing about Apple Computer and answering questions about up-coming Apple products. It has mystified many members on how correct he is. It is constantly rumored that Snicket works for Apple, however, Snicket has never publicly given an answer to these rumors. Because of the outpour of questions to him, he contacted Akbar of the 667er and was given a job of writing a weekly article for the 667er on technology related issues. Every week members would PM questions to Snicket and he would answer all of them in the article. To date, he has been right all but out of three counted times. The article went under several changes and later became known as "Snicket's Section". "Snicket's Section" was not all about tech, however, there was a large portion dedicated to the art of magic and teaching practices of a magician. Not much is known other than the fact that Snicket is also a magician and has been the technical director of several past stage illusion shows. As of now, Snicket is on a hiatus from his weekly article and has promised to return in 2007.
