What is our plan of attack for this project. How should we organize our reader's guide and how should we divide the tasks? -Les aka Jules! GO TEAM SUPERBAD!!! 04/23/08 superbad_bigposter.jpg

We need to make a guide to the book. So maybe we should find the major topics of the book and them give "supplemental information" that would better explain the theme? -Jamie aka McLovin 04/23/08

Also include the website address where people can find and read the book online -Hillary aka Evan's Mom 4/23/08

Ok here is my plan... I think we should all come up with individual ideas about what we feel is necesssary to include in the reader's guide. When you have your idea present it to the group through this discussion page and we can ALL give our input about how to improve and/ or edit your part. Any ideas for specific content thus far? -Han aka Becca :) 04/23/08

Also let's not forget someone could be in charge of listing and defining key terms that would be helpful to understand the reading. Anyone up for doing this part? I MISS CURTIS AKA OFFICER MICHAELS!! WE THINK HE CAN DANCE!!! -Les aka Jules 04/23/08

Evan's Mom-great job on the table of contents!!! -Les aka Jules 04/23/08

I believe we need to definitely create a reading guide for each section of this book. So for the chapters we haven't read, we should speed read (I took a speed reading class in second grade - taught me everything I need to learn about life) and then create a guide for each chapter and Part as a whole. --Bobby aka Seth 4/23/08

Okay so there are five parts and five of us! Part 1: Regulability- Bobby Part 2: Code and Other Regulators Part 3: Latent Ambiguities- Han Part 4: Competing Sovereigns Part 5: Responses Bobby has called part one, and ill do part three... so the rest of you take your pick. Dont do a summary, read your section and come up with an idea for the reader's guide! Suggestions? -Han aka Becca :) 4/23/08

I will do part two! -Les aka Jules 04/23/08

I am going to do the key terms part -curtis

Oh and thx for the shout Leslie. miss you guys too. glad to be back in tx, even though i didnt want to leave vegas. So about this key terms section. I put up one is that what you all wanted? -curtis aka officer micheals .lol

Officer Michaels- find at least 2 or 3 words per part. This is for the readers to have a better understanding of what Lessig is saying! -Les aka Jules 04.29.08

For everyone else- we've added spaces for each section, please come up with a title for to replace the part one, part two... then insert your material about the big ideas presented and they relate to digital media technology. Hillary you have part 5!!!!! -Han aka Becca 04.29.08

Hey yall! I added the link to the full text underneath the cover photo, if you wanna change its position or whatever FEEL FREE!!! -Les aka Jules 04/29/08

HEEEEY I fixed the table of contents, and added things to part v, including some juicy quotes, links to websites of some people mentioned in the chapters, and questions to for the reader to ask themselves to stay in check while trying to comprehend everything. -Hill aka Evan's Mom 4/29/2008

Okay, so in addition, I have added a brief explanation as to the origin of the book and given a link to further explanation; a combination of the first edition and wikiblog contributions. Also I have added a link to the author's website, both contributions I believe to be helpful and necessary to anyone looking for a "guide" to reading the book. GOODNIGHT i'm done. - Evan's Mom aka Hizillary 4/29/2008 (10:48PM)

Arrghhhh... okay... one last thing, i couldnt help myself... I found a You Tube video of a lecutre given by lessig specifically about "internet governance" and added it to part V. its too great.... that is all. GOOD LUCK guys! - Evan's Mom aka HUMMEL 4/29/2008 (10:55PM)
