THEM;
NAME: Player name: Unknown. Character name: Suo.
SERIES: Valkyrie Profile
PERSONALITY: Suo is very samurai in his ways. He prides himself on his skill with the blade (as a character) and fights with honor. He never fight any foe from any direction other than face to face, be it player battle or monster encounter. Suo has a reputation of protecting weaker players from bullying higher levels and spawn killers (*1). His noble intentions, combined with those of his personal and in game friends led him to be one of the founding members of the 100 Demons (a name misleading to their intentions as far as he knew). Suo does what he believes is right, and so long as he remains to believe so, he'll turn a blind ear to the opinions of others. He has issues with trust in that he will trust a person too easily, should he be convinced that they too do what is 'good'.
CLASS IN "SOL INVICTUS": King Cleaver preferring the No-Dachi style katana and nothing else.
STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES: Level 7. This is the player's 2nd character. He's carried his equipment from his first character (level upwards of 20) over to the new, putting him as a somewhat higher defense rating than others of his class at the same level. The same applies for his attack rating, though there are better weapons that he chooses not to use, due to his preference in the ice element. Where most players of the class might try to buff their defense or attack to higher ratings with accessories (*2), Suo opts to buff his speed, an attempt to compensate for the class's lack thereof. His choice in weapon-type, the No-Dachi, Suo is devastating at mid range, but loses efficiency as opponents close in on him
BACKGROUND: With his personal friends, he and his friends started the game as an unofficial 'clan' (*3), the 100 Demons. The name spawned from a reputation they held in another, lamer MMORPG; the group of them having clocked a 100 demon kill as a group of 6 in less than 20 minutes. Now in a new game, they aimed to keep their rep, creating each username to begin with 100Demon, followed by their name. Not only were they known for their teamwork, but coming to the aid of weaker players, bringing them along for protection, power leveling, and anti-bullying. In time, these weaker players would come to join the group, creating similar usernames and characters. As the 'clan' grew, so did the territory they protected. But new players would create multiple 'clan' members then commit ridiculous acts of greed and player-cruelty, actually forcing payment to those whom they'd protect or escort. This habit grew amongst the 'clan', moving upward through older players, until it reached the founding members. Suo was heavily displeased, and not only voiced his objection to this way, but got into player battles with other members because of it. The other founding members frowned upon both the 'clan' and Suo's actions, though they punished neither. However the younger, 'newb' members objected more to Suo's retaliation, and attacked him as a group. Greatly disappointed, Suo sent a message of withdrawal from the 'clan', and signed off. Suo created his second character, not wanting to quit playing. (*4) His new avatar resembles his former 'clan's' set up, though he now wears red. As a request from a close, personal friend, Suo had much of his inventory transferred to his new character before leaving the account to stagnate (changing the password to prevent his friend from possibly abusing the character)
NOTES:
(*1): This is assumed that people might revive where they died, or in a particular location. Spawn killers are known for killing a player the very moment they return to the game. If no such system exists or is possible, disregard.
(*2): This is assumed that there are also accessories available as equipment. If not, disregard.
(*3): I've seen this in games that don't have guilds or clans (ex. Phantasy Star Online/Universe). Players create a group by assigning a particular set of characters before the actual character name. For example, Neku in Boss Rush Crew would be; BrCNeku, ~BRC~Neku, $brc$Neku and so on. In this case, it's 100Demons<name> or 100D<name> for longer names.
(*4): This is also assumed that having more than one character per game copy and trading items is possible. If not, may it be assumed that he got a completely new copy of the game, and still traded items between accounts.
