The Amazing Race

The Amazing Race (or TAR), based on the CBS television show of the same name, is an event where the teams follow clues to different stations at locations throughout the entire Frostburg campus; each clue is a puzzle that directs the team to the next location, where the team must perform a task to receive the clue to the next location. While each team has its own "route" through the campus, all teams share the same stations, clues, and final destination/task
It often seems as if 90% of the time is spent tediously traveling from locations such as the PE Center to the dorms, and back. The event is known for tiring out the campers, especially the younger ones, who are often seen piggybacking (or even under the arms of) older campers on their team.
TAR Endings
- 2004- Saying "You're Fired!" to Eric Tong, who was playing the part of "Waterboy" by manning the water station
- 2005- Ringing the Lion Dance gong
- 2006- Finding the 3 Erics (Eric Lui, Eric Chen, and Eric Tong) and giving them "treasure" collected along the way
