  • When Elva is singing, before the techno comes in, some freestyle act can be used, other people are in the back, hands in "blades"
  • 1- right foot, lift it high behind you while stepping, cross over the other leg
  • 2- left foot, step same way
  • 3- next group right foot
  • 4- next group left foot
  • 5- next group right foot
  • 6- next group left foot
  • 7- next group right foot
  • 8- next group left foot
  • 1- everyone right foot
  • 2- everyone left foot
  • 3- everyone right foot

  • 5- nudge right shoulder up

  • 7- kick with right foot, swing arms across body, move body back alittle
  • 8- stand straight
  • 1- cross arms behind head and start to circle top of head
  • 2- continue to circle
  • 3- move arms like -v v-, jump, and put right leg in front of left
  • 4- spin around w/ same leg position
  • 5- continue to spin
  • 6- finish spinning facing front, arms down
  • 7- face left, roll arms towards you
  • 8- stop rolling arms
  • 1- punch to the left with right fist
  • 2- stand straight
  • 3- left hand behind head, right arm pointed left
  • 4- swing whole body so right arm is pointing right
  • 5- right hand becomes an O
  • 6- right leg up, left hand slaps right knee
  • 7- point left pointer finger front, land on right, leaning on right leg
  • 8- hold
  • 1- stand straight, salute with right hand
  • 2- right hand to neck
  • 3- legs in a diamond shape, left elbow pointing left, left hand at neck, right arm pointing right, head leaning left

  • 8- [boys] RUN FOR IT!!!! and fast, to the back [girls] prepare to leap

  • 1- [boys] grab a knee, arm rests on knee, head rest on arm [girls] hold the person in front of you's shoulder and move the hip to the left
  • 2- [boys] hold [girls] finish moving hip
  • 3- [boys] hold [girls] move hip to right
  • 4- [boys] hold [girls] finish moving hip
  • 5- [boys] hold [girls] move hip to left

  • 1-8- [boys] take turns popping with right arm punching forward, left fist at right armpit, every 2 counts. [girls] hand circle's head and pushes out to your left bring it across to the right and *bring it together
  • 1- [boys] start to do the wave from the left [girls] punch out in front of you; knees in.
  • 2- [boys] continue the wave [girls] right fist lowers; knees open.
  • 3- [boys] continue the wave [girls] right fist out knees back together.
  • 4- [boys] continue the wave [girls] right palm by your ear left arm out; legs out.
  • 5- [boys] continue the wave [girls] right foot in front and arms out.
  • 6- [boys] continue the wave [girls] down crouched.
  • 7- [boys] continue the wave [girls] blade hands and legs out and straight (upright)
  • 8- [boys] continue the wave [girls] BENDDD and hands on the small of your back (head back slightly)
  • 1- [boys] start to do the wave from the left [girls] hands up by ears legs out.
  • 2- [boys] continue the wave [girls] bend over to your right side
  • 3- [boys] continue the wave [girls] bend to the left side
  • 4- [boys] continue the wave [girls] bend and hands on thighs and head down
  • 5- [boys] continue the wave [girls] pop up head (STAY BENT)
  • 6- [boys] continue the wave [girls] right knee down
  • 7- [boys] continue the wave [girls] hold

  • 1-4 get on both knees facing right, and slowly lean back
  • 5-8 slowly lean forward
  • 1-2 get on left knee

  • 2- arms down, left foot step right
  • 3- feet back together, arms swing to sides
  • 4- stand straight
  • 5- left leg to the right, arms down
  • 6- arms up, start to turn to the right
  • 7- finish turning and face face forward
  • 8- stand still
  • last 8 beats mirrored
  • 1-4 RUN to positions, a boy behind a girl
  • 1- left arm up
  • 2- left arm down, right arm up
  • 3- right arm across body, left arm infront of chest, left hand at right shoulder
  • 4- HORSESTANCE!! right arm down, left elbow facing left, left hand at left shoulder
  • 5- circle left arm over head
  • 6- keep circling
  • 7- hands down, crouch and face left
  • 8- stand straight

  • 1,2,3,4- arms right then left, right foot back
  • 2,3,4,5- arms left then right, left foot back
