Introduced by Bernie Wu in 2006, "taking a big job" is slang for defecating. Also known as a Dooder, or "dropping the kids off at the pool" (not to be confused with June taking kids Swimming), or "dropping the Cleveland Browns off at the Super Bowl."

The guy counselors were highly amused when Lydia Chao referred to Quentin's big job.
