Newly formed Tikinas: this is your challenge:

1. In the next 6 days recruit as many members as you
think you need in your Tikina <br>
2. Decide amongst yourselves who shall be your first
Elder <br>
3. Chosen Elder email your profile and picture to
island at tribewanted by Thursday 25th Jan and a brief
aim of your Tikina <br>
4. Arrange your first Tikina live-chat and invite
tribe members <br>
5. Use the tribewanted wiki to update your Tikina

== VOROVORO TIKINA ==
Role: To run the island project on Vorovoro. Those in
this Tikina are obviously contracted by tribewanted to
work, and have serious responsibility for the success
of the project. But by having the Vorovoro Tikina it
means that communication can happen between relevant
Tikinas and individuals.

== DREAM FOUNDATION TIKINA ==
Role: To set-up the legal status of the Dream
Foundation, its aims, its projects, and raise its
funds. This Tikina is, perhaps with the exception of
the Vorovoro Tikina, going to take the most work. It
should be considered that whoever takes on the
responsibility of running the Dream Foundation might be
paid out of the funds it raises.

Current issues to discuss at first meeting:
-How best/quickly should the Dream Foundation be
set-up?
-Should the person/s managing the Dream Foundation be
paid part-time? (tribal vote?)
-Who should be the trustees on the Dream Foundation?

== VOTING TIKINA ==
Role: To organise and monitor the voting system and
wording of votes

Proposed members:
Helena Catt. John Wright. Gilligan. Steve C

Current issues:
-Extra weeks â€“ wording of votes to go to vote asap!
-Chief wildgeeza's accommodation/water proposals
-Voting structure

== WATER TIKINA ==
Role > To co-ordinate and provide water solutions for
Vorovoro and any water related project (Dive school,
reef conservation etc..)

Chiron. John Wright. Kristy Revell. Tori Aitken. Tom
Greenwood. Mark Donaldson. Chithru Ratnayake. Jodi
Willis (MTT:Sustain). Katya

Current issues to discuss at first meeting:
-Desalination debate (bringing on board UCLs advice)
-Chief Wildgeeza's current suggestions

== BUILDING TIKINA ==
Role > To co-ordinate all the building development
ideas and liase with current chief and island Tikina
about best options for voting.

Current issues to discuss at first meeting:
-Wildgeeza's proposals â€“ prepare for vote
-Types of accommodation
-Sustainability & cost of materials
-Numbers to accommodate
-Location of accommodations

== ENERGY TIKINA ==
Role > To co-ordinate all the energy ideas and issues
and liase with Vorovoro Tikina and current chief. To
approach renewable energy companies about partnering
with the project.

== SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TIKINA ==
Role > To assess the sustainability of each aspect of
the Tribewanted project (on island and online), gather
all ideas, and work out how we can become more
sustainable.

== CLIMATE TIKINA ==
Role > To campaign for a carbon neutral tribe and
create ways of for the project to reduce its carbon
footprint

Current issues:
-How to ensure all members offset their travel to and
from Vorovoro- Should offsets be compulsory for members?
-Measuring and offsetting our carbon out-put as a tribe.
-Climate friendly technologies and solutions for Vorovoro

== GATHERINGS TIKINA ==
Role: Spreading the tribal word and partying hard around the
world.

Proposed members:
Stingers. Lollipops

Current issues:
-How best to update members on gatherings.
-Should gatherings just be social what other purpose can
they have?
-Should all travel to and from gatherings be offset?

== TRIBAL NEWS TIKINA ==

Role: Collecting the best and important bits of
the weeks tribal news for e-newsletters and blogs,
and co-ordinating any tribal PR opportunities

Current issues to discuss:
How to co-ordinate all tribewanted goings on.

== TECHIES TIKINA ==

Role: To create and co-ordinate any technology
developments within the Tribe.

== CHIEFS TIKINA ==
(whose 'elder' is whoever the current monthly elected chief)
Role: To discuss and improve the role of the elected chief
