Personality

Haine’s personality is very unstable. In general he is emotionally distanced, but he has another “personality” which enjoys violence and destruction. He has little patience, often turns to anger whether or not it’s an appropriate emotion, is very unsocial, and can be violent or downright ruthless. He is clever, but can be a bit irrational. He holds a lot of self-hatred, but is also proud and somewhat egotistical or pushes people away when they try to help him. Money means little to him. He has little qualms about killing en mass in a hail of bullets if the situation calls for it. Haine has an extreme fear of women; he is generally unpleasant towards them and will have a breakdown or go berserk if they come close to him or touch him.

- Has been seen to be able to communicate with dogs (I doubt there will be dogs around but whatever)
- has incredible aim; using his abilities to hear and smell he doesn’t even need to see the target to hit it.

History

Two children, one girl and one boy, were born in the middle ground of a distant future; a city much resembling one of what Germany may have been long ago. The city itself had been crumbling for quite some time -- with the population at large numbers, overtime subway stations underground extended in to cities themselves, extended in some area's even further. These children did not have a name as they were abandoned at young, and not long after being dropped off in some trashy alleyway were taken in by a woman named Frueling - a worker of the "underground".

The underground could be found in the very depths of the city, below the top layer, beyond the furthest tracks of the middle ground and even further below. Here was where the wave of the future was born: Genetically Engineered Humans. In horrific surgical experiments humans were altered by man for man – for whatever reason so chosen.

Here they were given a name: Haine Rammsteiner and Lily Rammsteiner (her last name isn't known but its assumed.) raised, tested and prepared until the right age to be sorted and operated on. At the age of five Haine was separated in to the dogs experiment. The aim of this division is unknown but its safe to guess that it was something destructive. Somehow from here (I have many theories) his genetics were mutilated, things were added to his nervous system and spinal cord and he was branded with a “dog collar” fused to the back of his neck.

Most of the children experimented on where incomplete or killed; only two were known to survive the dogs experiment: Haine and Giovanni, Giovanni was marked incomplete but Haine’s body took it all perfectly. From here he was used as the undergrounds main frontal weapon said to have killed so many people blindly and mindlessly that he almost got bored of it all. It was at one point, just before he was brought here that Haine lost control of the destructive dog inside of him and was the cause of the cities most profitable and genius institution in the underground. In a blind rage he slaughtered everything and everyone including his sister Lily.
