Paul is captain of the Forsaken, a black-sailed merchant and smuggling ship plying the waters of Reanaaria Bay. He comes recommended by Bob, who is in fact his brother. His home port may be Zoa, but if not, his ship can at least be found there regularly. Paul is a professional who knows how to navigate uneasy waters, both at sea and at dock.
