Master Kwai

Master Kwai is a monk and the leader of the Shining Phoenix Monastery. He takes a personal hand in instructing the disciples, applying a mixture of deep wisdom, strict discipline and heartfelt compassion. Though he appears human, rumors among his students are that Master Kwai may be well over 200 years old.
Master Kwai was one of "Shining Talon" Mandus's instructors, and like many of the monastery's students, Mandus regards him as a father figure.
