Appearance
Thick, kind of longish brown hair, with his bangs just barely short enough to not fall in his eyes. Grey eyes. Fairly average in build with natural good looks bordering on effeminate. Outside of school uniform, he wears coats constantly. He has a huge collection of designer coats and wears them every chance he gets. Under the coat, it's usually just jeans and a dark turtleneck or T-shirt depending on weather.
Siegmund's PB is Zac Efron.
Personality
Siegmund is quiet and intense. He mumbles. He stares. Instead of yelling, he just gives people these really intense, silent glares when he's mad. Overall, he seems kind of emotionless. He's hard to tell what he's thinking at any given time. And since he mumbles on top of his thick accent, it's also usually hard to tell what he's saying at any given time, too. (He's kind of ragey, though. In text, man, he can get pissed the fuck off.)
Even if he tends not to talk much, he will if you hit the right subject. Anime, video games, manga, art, archery, it's hard to shut him up when you get him going on one of those. He's also far more inclined to talk if it's in German or Yiddish, though he only really speaks the latter with his family. He's a lot more open and talkative with close friends, and people he knows well. Most people have only ever heard him talk when it's in the hallways with his sister.
His attitude toward school is very flippant. He disregards homework but aces all his tests. He does all the major projects/essays for a class but hardly ever does his day-to-day assignments. He usually manages a B/C average and really doesn't care. He never studies. Siegmund is your typical high school lazy-genius.
History
(THIS IS SO SCATTERED AND DISORGANIZED I'M SORRY) Born and raised alongside his twin sister Katya in Munich, he's lived in the city his entire life. His family is old money, the line tracing back to old German nobility, their current fortune being secured by a chain of funeral homes throughout Germany. He and his sister both worked in the main office in Munich, cleaning and organizing, and Siegmund with his macabre attitude always fit right in there.
He inherited his mother's macabre sense of humour, something that is fairly common in his family and has almost come to be expected in a Heißenrech. His family owns about nine cats and tends to stay around this number, all of which they keep at the manor in Munich. The family owns a castle in the countryside, which they upkeep and maintain and use as a summer home.
His parents, being quite socially involved in the city, heard of Second Heaen from somebody else who had sent their child there. After researching it, they chose to send their own children to the school because it was "Eccentric."
Siegmund became a big anime fan in his early teens, and he chose to learn English in order to get ahold of stuff that wasn't in German yet. (Because English is easier to learn than Japanese, and he is by his nature LAZY.)
And because it probably needs explanation, the title the family held was Count, and the family converted to Judaism in the late 1800's when Count Heißenrech married a Jewish girl and (in a typically eccentric Heißenrech move) converted and adopted her entire culture.
