Effect: Increase your resistance to Electrical attacks but at a cost, you will not gain as much rep than you would if you didn't have these equipped. It decreases by a certain percentage not yet known. Wearing two sets makes you virtually immune to electricity.
Description: Wearing these means you won't get shocked as painfully. Except at how stupid you look while wearing them.
